Do I qualify for expungement?
You are eligible for expungement if your conviction involved the following:
Concentrate
Possessing, consuming or transporting no more than 2.5 ounces of marijuana or no more than 12.5 grams of marijuana concentrate.
paraphernalia
Possessing, using, or transporting paraphernalia related to cultivation, manufacture, processing, or consumption of marijuana. This could have been anything like a pipe, straw, rolling papers, foil, tiny plastic bags, or an empty small container used to carry marijuana.
Personal Use
Possessing, transporting, cultivating or transporting not more than six marijuana plants at your primary residence for personal use.
